Jiro Yakuin, in addition to normal high school struggles, has to contend with a couples training program where students must interact with a partner as if they were married in order to develop the social skills needed to thrive in a real marriage. Although they initially dislike each other, they agree to team up and achieve a high score in order to be fixed with people they actually like.

7/10 Urusei Yatsura is an unexpected remake

Rumiko Takahashi is a well-known manga author with several successful series under her belt, including Inuyasha, Ikkoku Houseand Ranma 1/2. However, his illustrious career began with Urusei Yatsura in 1978, receiving its first anime adaptation in 1981. Fans who might find the original outdated will enjoy this remake from David Production, the studio behind JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.

Urusei Yatsura follows Ataru Moroboshi, who accidentally finds himself engaged to the alien Oni princess, Lum, when in reality, he had planned to propose to his girlfriend, Shinobu.
