Vistaprint renames itself Vista, acquires Crello and Depositphotos to meet the printing, design and digital marketing needs of SMEs

VistaPrint, the design and marketing partner of several small businesses, announced its rebranding to “Vista” along with some acquisitions to strengthen the opportunity to serve small businesses well with digital services.

Acquisition for € 73.4 million

The company acquired the online graphics publisher Crello and its parent company Depositphotos, for $ 85 million (approximately € 73.4 million). Depositphotos is a content marketplace with over 200 million royalty-free images, videos and music options for striking designs.
